ASpur line · Claude skills & automations

Claude skills &
process automations.

The jobs your team does by hand every week, mapped first, then handed to tools that do them the same way every time, with a person signing off where it matters.

Claude skills for your business

Reusable instructions that teach Claude how your business does a job, so it does it your way each time. I write them, test them and hand them over with a simple framework, so your team can build their own.

  • Drafting emails and replies in your wording
  • Converting and checking invoices
  • Daily checks and confirmation rounds
  • A build and review process, so new skills are checked before anyone relies on them

Process automations

The follow-ups and admin that slip when you're busy, set up on your own accounts, tested in a test mode first and handed over with a short guide for each one.

  • Enquiry capture, with an instant reply and a job sheet
  • Quote chasers and invoice reminders
  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Review requests after every job, with no incentives
  • An AI WhatsApp assistant that answers from your own FAQ

Field notes

Where I've done it

At a London property maintenance firm, I built Claude skills and automations for the business: an invoice converter, a daily tenant access-confirmation round, a debt-chasing system with an escalation ladder and a director sign-off, and invoice uploads to client portals with a person approving every submission. I also wrote the framework and review process the team used to build skills, and colleagues with no AI development background went on to build their own on it.

  • Mapped before anything is built
  • A person signs off where it matters
  • Tested before it goes live
  • Handed over, so it runs without me

2Field method · how I work

I come and look
before I build.

9 years of fieldwork at HERE Maps taught me to go and see how things really work on the ground. So that's where we start.

  1. Recce

We sit down, in person if you're local to North London or on a call anywhere in the UK, and I see how your business really runs.

  2. Sketch

I think visually. You get sketches and screens, not long documents.

  3. Prototype, early

I build quickly, so you'll usually see something working early on and can react to something real.

    ← my favourite bit
  4. Build

Shaped by your feedback, and explained in plain English as we go.

  5. Care

An optional care plan and ongoing support. One person to call.

No jargon.No hard sell.No slide decks.Approved · N. Cresner

Most small business owners I meet are brilliant at what they do and short on time. The website is out of date, enquiries slip through the cracks, the same admin gets done by hand every week, and everyone says you need "AI" without explaining what that means for a business your size.

That's the gap I fill.

You deal with me, start to finish.

3Map legend · about me

I've mapped the world. Your business is smaller. I'll manage.

I'm Nick, a dad of two based in North Finchley. I help small businesses get their tech working for them rather than against them. Here's how I got here.

  • 2007–2016

    Fieldwork: HERE Maps

9 years working on map data, much of it out in the field.

  • 2017 on

    Retrained as a web developer

Then several years configuring a software platform for film and TV production companies.

  • 2022 on

Director of two small property companies

So I know what it's like to be the person who has to make everything work.

  • Most recently

    Operations, London property maintenance firm

Built the data, reconciliation and debt-chasing tools the business was missing.
